Highly experienced real estate attorney with 34 years representing buyers and sellers at closings.  Being prepared in advance means no last minute problems at the closing.   I served as the Zoning Board Solicitor for the Township of Willingboro, NJ for 10 years.  I have represented small businesses from start up, lease negotiations and franchises, trademark and copyright, collections and civil trials.  For individual clients in financial difficulties, I have over 30 years of experience successfully filing their Chapter 7 or 13 Bankruptcy Petitions to help give them a fresh start.  Wills, Trusts and Estates, along with Municipal Court Defense, has always been a part of my general practice.  Elder Law has developed into a specialty within the last several years as our population ages and complicated Estate and Medicaid planning issues are necessary.  I am dedicated to excellence in representing my clients.
